Tradeoffs
Any acquisition must weigh purchase price, traffic, neighborhood impacts, projected parking revenue, operating cost, and public benefit.
My View
I support evaluating revenue opportunities, but the numbers must be public, conservative, and understandable before the City commits taxpayer resources.
